📘 User Manual – SuperPlanta App Olhovivo

1. Introduction

The SuperPlanta Olhovivo app helps identify plants, analyze plant health, and provides recommendations for agricultural management or home care. It also offers a smart AI assistant, appointment scheduler, voice dictation, text-to-speech responses, internet search and voice or written translation into multiple languages.

2. Access and Authentication

• Login: enter registered email and password.
• Register: create your account.
• Forgot Password: use the Password Reset option.
• Logout: ends the session and clears local data.

3. System Structure

Main

• Text area to type or dictate questions.
• Buttons: 🎙️ Dictation, 📤 Send, 🔊 Listen, 🆕 New Conversation, 🌍 Automatic traduction.
• Option: 🔍 Internet Search.
• Upload files for analysis.
• Response area with AI output.

Settings

• Register name, city, state, country and email.

History

• View all previous questions and answers.
• Clear history.

4. Features

4.1 Plant Identification and Analysis

The user can upload a photo or request analysis by voice or text. The system provides scientific name, health status, nutritional deficiencies, pests/diseases, home or technical solutions, medicinal use, and possible risks.

4.2 Scheduler

Manages appointments by voice or text commands. Examples:

• “Schedule appointment on the 10th at 2 pm.”
• “Do I have anything tomorrow?”
• “Delete appointment on the 15th at 10 am.”
• “List appointments”
• “List past or future appointments”

4.3 Dictation and Text-to-Speech

Dictation in several languages and automatic reading of responses.

4.4 🌍 Automatic Translation and Language Inversion

The app features a real-time automatic translation mode, allowing users to converse naturally between two different languages.

• 🌍 Traduction: enables translation mode. While active, anything spoken or typed is automatically translated from the dictation language to the speech output language.
• 🔄 Invert Languages: swaps the input and output languages. This makes it easy to switch between speaking and listening in opposite languages, ideal for bilingual conversations.
• When translation mode is disabled, languages automatically return to their original configuration.
• Languages used are defined in the Dictation Language (input language) and Speech Output Language (output language) options.
• The app uses high-precision AI translation for natural results.

Example:

• With “🌍 Traduction” enabled: you speak in Portuguese and hear the response in Chinese.
• With “🔄 Invert Languages” checked: you speak in Chinese and hear the response in Portuguese.

4.5 Internet Search

Online searches are available for subscribers only.

4.6 File Upload

Supports images, documents, audio, and video (jpeg, jpg, png, pdf, txt, docx, xlsx, mp3, webm, avi, excel, mpeg, wav, ogg, aac, flac, mp4, m4a, opus).

4.7 📷 Camera Commands

Say: what are you seeing, take a photo, show what you see.

4.8 ✉️ Email Commands

Say: send by email, email me, send to my email.

4.9 🔗 Share Commands

Say: share, share this.

5. Privacy

Only name, email, city, state, country and encrypted password are stored. Data is not shared with third parties. The olhovivo.app.br server securely stores all user information.
